Texas State Rep. Nicole Collier joined ABC News Live to discuss her decision to stay inside the state Capitol as part of a protest against the state’s controversial redistricting plan.

Collier was part of a trio of Texas Democrats who slept overnight in the statehouse instead of traveling home with a mandated law enforcement escort ordered by Republican leadership.
