Texas Gov. Greg Abbott provided an update Sunday on recovery efforts from the State Operations Center in Austin following the catastrophic flash floods that have killed at least 70 people. Search and rescue efforts are ongoing for the more than two dozen people still missing, the Kerr County sheriff said on Sunday morning.
