A hospital in Thailand’s Surin Province was hit by Cambodian shelling as fighting continues on the border between both countries. Phanom Dong Rak was hit yesterday as Thai and Cambodian soldiers clashed along the border between their countries in a major escalation that left at least 14 people dead, mostly civilians.
