From The Build Show.
On this fifth episode of That ’70s Remodel The main focus is on upgrading the building envelope of a 1970s home using Zip system products. Stephanie explains the process of taping seams and using Zip liquid flash to improve air and water barriers. Additional details include using Zip tape on door and window openings, adding a new electrical service panel with proper sealing, and integrating an HRV system for ventilation. The overall goal is to enhance the home’s thermal performance, air quality, and moisture management. The transformation of the house is shown to be progressing well, with attention to detail and efficiency.
