Author Michael Grunwald joins Morning Joe to discuss his new book ‘We Are Eating the Earth,’ which argues that our food system is a massive but overlooked driver of the climate crisis. He warns that while “factory farms make a mess,” rejecting high-yield agriculture could require using even more land: “We’re going to have to make more food over the next 30 years than we’ve made over the last 12,000."
