Extreme weather is already driving up food prices, and researchers say it’s only going to get worse. Author Michael Grunwald joins Morning Joe to discuss his new book ‘We Are Eating the Earth,’ which argues that our food system is a massive but overlooked driver of the climate crisis. He warns that while “factory farms make a mess,” rejecting high-yield agriculture could require using even more land: “We’re going to have to make more food over the next 30 years than we’ve made over the last 12,000."
