From Bloomberg.
A company majority-owned by billionaire Vincent Bolloré’s Bolloré Group and Hubert Fabri is the subject of allegations of labor abuses at some of its African rubber plantations, including by female workers who say they were forced to engage in sex for work. An activist seeking to address the alleged abuses contends she has been targeted with litigation to keep her quiet, which the company denied.
