Nero Daikokudo describes himself on Instagram as an artist, model and “cultural icon in progress”, and Nero has taken that to heart with his passion for body modification.

Nero has earned himself a record with his exceptionally large flesh tunnels. Nero Daikokudo has the largest conch flesh tunnel (male) after stretching the tops of his ears to a massive 3.8 cm (1.5 in).

A conch flesh tunnel is a stretched piercing in the conch, which is the middle part of the ear, through the cartilage. Nero gradually increased the size of the piercing by using larger jewellery.
