But the “Flat Fiat” is very real. Just 19 inches wide, built entirely by hand from scrap, and somehow still drivable.

Italian mechanic Andrea Marazzi spent 12 months turning a 1993 Fiat Panda into what might soon be the world’s narrowest car.
