One of the world’s biggest social media apps is set to go dark for millions in the U.S. within days.

The country’s Supreme Court unanimously ruled to uphold a law that would ban TikTok over national security concerns, unless its Chinese parent company sells it off.

As Jackson Proskow reports, there are questions over how it will be enforced — especially with the incoming Trump presidency.
