TikTok seeks judicial review of Canadian government’s “unreasonable” shutdown order

TikTok is challenging the federal government’s order to shut down its operations in Canada, calling the move “unreasonable” and “unintelligible.”

The government ordered the dissolution of TikTok’s Canadian business in November after a national security review of the Chinese-owned platform.

While the app itself is not banned for Canadian users, it may soon go dark in the U.S. after yet another legal blow.
