The tragic death of the TV star Malcolm-Jamal Warner has triggered new fears among many people stepping into the ocean. Warner died at 54 by accidental drowning because he got caught in a riptide in Costa Rica. The beach where Warner was swimming had no lifeguards or drones to patrol the waters.
