Tired out: Toronto-area residents concerned about safety after neighbour stacks yard full of tires

There is a big concern for residents living in a Scarborough, Ont., neighbourhood — hundreds of tires stacked high in the backyard of a home.

And this isn’t just an aesthetic issue. Neighbours and people living inside the house say they’re concerned about their safety.

The landlord has been told to remove the tires, but as of Tuesday they are still in the yard.
