Heather McArthur’s young son Jacob went with his father for a trip to Vietnam in February 2024, supposedly to celebrate the Lunar New Year, part of a trip cleared by the courts but he has yet to return.

Loc Phu “Jay” Le, 41, is wanted by Toronto Police in a Parental Abduction Investigation, and a Canada-wide warrant for abduction in contravention of a custody order was issued.

Nearly a year and a half later, McArthur’s lawyer is asking why no one is helping to bring Jacob home.
