MSNBC’s Catherine Rampell reports on a recent story of a Norwegian tourist who says he was detained and denied entry to the U.S. because immigration officials found on his phone a photo depicting Vice President JD Vance as a bald baby.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection disputes the claim, saying that the tourist was denied entry because of his "admitted drug use."
