Attorneys general from Democratic states, along with the ACLU, are mounting lawsuits arguing that this is not only unconstitutional, but also a repudiation of American values. One of those attorneys general, Democratic Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser, joins Joy Reid to discuss.
