President Donald Trump says the window for countries to negotiate new trade deals with the United States to avoid a spike in tariffs is all but closed with one day to go before the 90-day deadline to strike a deal or face “reciprocal tariffs.” It comes as he imposes new import rates on 14 countries up to 40%.
