President Trump said Russia now has a deadline of "10 to 12 days" to reach a peace deal with Ukraine before the U.S. would impose secondary tariffs. He made the statement during a meeting with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer in Scotland. CBS News’ Aaron Navarro has the latest.
