Trump says Israel must decide next steps as Hamas stalls hostage talks

Donald Trump said Sunday that Israel will need to make a decision on Gaza, accusing Hamas of hardening its stance in hostage negotiations.

Trump said many hostages have been recovered, but others remain missing or dead, leaving families in anguish.

He criticized Hamas for stealing aid and described the Gaza Strip as a “mess” that worsened after Israel withdrew.

Trump also expressed frustration that no countries thanked the U.S. for its recent $60 million food aid donation.
