U.S. President Donald Trump suggested on Monday that the White House doctor who gave former president Joe Biden a clean bill of health months before his cancer diagnosis, be looked into.

"Someone is not telling the facts," he said.

Biden disclosed on Sunday that he was diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer, with metastasis to the bone, and he and his family are reviewing treatment options.

"I’m surprised that it wasn’t you know, the public wasn’t notified a long time ago, because to get to stage nine, that’s a long time," Trump said.
