Speaking via video link to political and business leaders gathered at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, he said he pulled America out of the Paris climate accord because it was one-sided and unfair. He repeated his call for NATO members to increase defense spending to 5% of GDP. And he again pledged to use tariffs to boost domestic manufacturing….
