TurboTax glitch leaves Canadians owing thousands to CRA

A glitch in the popular tax return filing software, TurboTax, allowed people to claim a child tax credit they weren’t eligible for.

Now, the Canadian Revenue Agency is assessing thousands of returns and asking for that money back.

One Oakville man says he was reassessed and told he owes an additional $17,000.
