NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte is in Kyiv to discuss future security guarantees for Ukraine. He gave a joint press conference with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who said Russia is doing everything it can to prevent his meeting with Putin from happening.
