US Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell says that inflation has started to rise in part due to President Donald Trump’s tariffs, although stressing that it is tough to isolate the effects of levies on price increases. "Clearly some of it, a good part of it, is coming from tariffs," Powell notes, adding that "there may be a delay in further progress" on inflation over the course of this year. SOUNDBITE
