Vice President Vance addressed business leaders in India on Tuesday, stating that it is time for more collaboration between the world’s two largest democracies. Vance warned that a dark time could be ahead if the the two nations did not closely align on energy, defense, trade or other matters. The United States is India’s largest trading partner.
