Viking Flatbread | Food Wishes

This delicious, fun-to-make Viking flatbread is created using some of the same flours the Vikings might have used—wheat, spelt flour and rye flour—and instead of using water, the dough is brought together with buttermilk, which gives these flatbreads an extra flavorful sourdough vibe. Enjoy!
