Suffolk County District Attorney Raymond Tierney and other officials are announcing a "significant development" in the Gilgo Beach murders investigation. The announcement will follow a court proceeding where Rex Heuermann, the alleged serial killer charged with several murders in the case, will appear in Riverhead, New York.
