Air Canada and the CUPE division representing Air Canada flight attendants reached a tentative deal Tuesday morning after nine hours of negotiations. The new agreement promises ground pay for flight attendants, a key demand, and came about after the union defied a back-to-work order made under Section 107 of the Canada Labour Code.
