The leaders of France, Germany, Poland and the UK are in Ukraine – the first time the heads of four European nations have made a joint visit to the country.
French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz and UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer arrived in Kyiv to discuss ceasefire plans with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. They have been joined by Poland’s leader Donald Tusk. The group wants Russia to agree to a full and unconditional 30-day ceasefire to pave the way for lasting peace.
