The Federal Republic of Germany is not violating international law by not imposing stricter controls or preventing US drone missions controlled via the Ramstein base in Rhineland-Palatinate, according to a ruling by the Federal Constitutional Court.
The ruling also addresses whether Germany has a global responsibility to ensure compliance with the Basic Law.
