On Thursday, the House passed the Senate’s budget plan with a final vote of 216-214, opening up the pathway for President Trump to move forward with his agenda. Two Republicans— Rep. Victoria Spartz of Indiana and Rep. Thomas Massie of Kentucky — voted “no” on the bill along with all Democrats.
