From DW News.
The US Senate is reviewing a draft bill proposed by Republican Senator Lindsey Graham to impose tougher sanctions on Russia, as well as secondary sanctions on states who trade with Russia. Senator Graham has argued that his tough sanctions bill would be ‘bone crushing’ for the Russian economy.
