Anna Wintour is stepping away from her role as U.S. Vogue’s editor-in-chief but will retain editorial control over the storied fashion magazine. Fashion journalist Jeanne Beker says that while Wintour remains in charge of the global brand, the influence of the magazine itself isn’t what it used to be.
