World’s BIGGEST paper marbling painting! 🎨

The largest paper marbling painting measures 39.97 m² (430.23 ft²) and was achieved by Ludmila Cuptor (Moldova), in Chisinau, Moldova, on 5 July 2025.

Paper marbling is a method of aqueous surface design, which produces patterns similar to marble or other stone. The patterns are a result of colour floated on water, which is then transferred to a sheet of paper or fabric.

Ludmila Cuptor is a Moldovan artist. She created a design with flowers in a huge tray of water, which was then transferred to a 12.513 m x 3.195 m (430.23 ft²) canvas.
