"WTF!" Nevada congressman Steven Horsford said while clashing with United States Trade Representative Jamieson Greer on the Trump administration’s abrupt reversal of a global so-called “reciprocal” tariff policy that upended international markets and threatened a U.S. recession.

"How is this not market manipulation?” Horsford said, as he pressed Greer as to why he hadn’t spoken with the president about the tariff reversal before he announced it.
