Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Britain’s Prime Minister Keir Starmer address and meet with troops gathered at Downing Street. The troops gathered have been trained under Operation Interflex, the UK’s training programme for Ukrainian recruits. Addressing the troops, Zelensky thanks the UK for their support in the war effort against Russia, saying it is helping Ukraine "survive and fight".
