Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Wednesday after speaking with President Trump that he believes Russian President Vladimir Putin is bluffing about his desire to end the Russia-Ukraine war. Zelenskyy also said there is no chance of a ceasefire without the three leaders meeting. CBS News White House reporter Aaron Navarro has more.
