First lawsuit filed against McDonald’s over deadly E. coli outbreak

The first lawsuit has been filed in Colorado against McDonald’s over the deadly E. coli outbreak reportedly tied to onions on their Quarter Pounder hamburgers. Taylor Farms, a company identifying itself as an onion supplier at affected restaurants, says it hasn’t found traces of E. coli yet but has pulled the products “out of an abundance of caution.” NBC’s Maggie Vespa reports for TODAY.
