Susan Smith, who is serving a life sentence for drowning her two children in a South Carolina lake in 1994, is now up for parole. For the first time since her trial, she will hear her ex-husband, David, speak out to oppose her release. “I don’t think she will ever be rehabilitated. To me she’s never really been sorry for what she did,” he says in a one-on-one interview with TODAY’s Craig Melvin.
