Susan Smith, who drowned her two little boys 30 years ago, wants out of prison. The 53-year-old woman sobbed as she appeared via video before a parole board in South Carolina. The boys’ father, David Smith, was there to oppose her release. In 1994, he stood at her side believing her story that she had been carjacked by a man and the man kidnapped her sons. Nine days later, cops learned Smith had buckled the boys into their kiddie seats and rolled her car into a lake. She was denied parole.
